For this cooking demo, I have grouped together a few of recipes which sometimes get the rep of being “hard to do at home” – I hope to dispel that myth for you:
- a soy sour cream or yoghurt also perfect as a crema for tacos, this is a recipe that is inexpensive and easy to make.
- this gluten-free and vegan Pissaldiere is an easy focaccia style bread recipe ideal for everyday eating, great for lunch boxes.
- little carrot cakes with lemon drizzle and a nut-free praline from hemp hearts.
