With these Plant-based festive dessert recipes in your repertoire you could also make that classic kiwi favourite “The Christmas Trifle” the possibilities are almost endless.
If you can’t attend a class but want to try a dessert at home you may like to try Aquafaba Meringues, Kawa Kawa Tea Cakes or a Coconut Panna Cotta.
